Introducing the Business Wellbeing Charter
This offer is provided by Hull & East Yorkshire Mind.
Hull and East Yorkshire Mind is proud to launch the Business Wellbeing Charter - a free, supportive scheme for organisations across Hull and East Yorkshire who want to strengthen mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
The Charter has been created in response to what we hear from businesses every day:
a genuine desire to support staff wellbeing, but uncertainty around where to start, what good looks like, or how to move beyond one-off initiatives.
This is not an accreditation or a tick-box exercise.
Instead, it’s a practical framework designed to help organisations embed mental health into everyday working culture, in a way that feels realistic, achievable and right for them.
By joining the Business Wellbeing Charter, organisations will receive:
-
Practical guidance to support mental health at work
-
Resources to help managers feel more confident having wellbeing conversations
-
Support to move beyond policies and into day-to-day practice
-
Recognition as part of a growing regional commitment to better workplace wellbeing
The Charter is open to organisations of all sizes and sectors and is completely free to join.
Whether you’re just starting your wellbeing journey or looking to strengthen what you already do, the Business Wellbeing Charter offers support, clarity and a shared commitment to creating healthier workplaces.
