Most businesses have an EAP. Most employees never use it. The triage process, the waiting, the sense that HR commissioned it puts people off before they even start.

I offer something different. Direct access to a qualified counsellor, no waiting lists, same person every session, completely confidential. I work with employees at any level dealing with burnout, redundancy, bereavement, menopause, relationship breakdown or simply a career that has become too much.

I spent three decades as a senior leader and director across BAE Systems, Burberry, Tata, Smith & Nephew, Travis Perkins, Reckitt and Arco. I hold an MBA alongside an MSc in Counselling. I know what it feels like when work gets on top of people because I have been there.

As a fellow Chamber member I am offering a reduced rate of £50 per session (usually £60) for individual employee counselling, invoiced directly to the business.

Sessions in person, on site or online. Corporate packages also available.
