What is mandatory and statutory training and how do I know what I need?
Statutory training is legally required in order to protect individuals in the workplace. It is training deemed essential by the relevant statutory body on the basis of specific legislation. (for example: First Aid at Work)
Mandatory training is compulsory training that is deemed “essential” by an organisation for the safe and efficient delivery of services. It is training that is designed to reduce organisational risks and comply with the policies and / or government guidelines. (for example: First Aid for Mental Health)
As a business owner or the person responsible for the training requirements within your organisation, you will be familiar with the concept of risk-assessments and / or needs-assessments. These processes analyse the potential risks within your organisation, highlighting any training requirements and that’s where we can help!

Our learner management system allows us to keep track of your team’s requalification needs and organise timely renewal training when needed.

Our team of highly experienced trainers are passionate about the subject they specialise in with our First Aid tutors continuing to work within the medical industry ensuring their practice and knowledge is fully up to date by gaining front-line experience and our hospitality trainers having real-life experience of working within the industry for a number of years.

Our accreditation relies on us maintaining industry standards and undergoing regular quality assurance checks resulting in you being able to rest assured our training is delivered to a superior standard with the backing of several highly regarding and regulated bodies.
We believe that training should be enjoyable and we strive to ensure that we provide the most engaging and dynamic session possible. We have made and continue to make substantial investment into our training equipment and deliver using the most up-to-date and technologically advanced aids on the market. An example of this is our recently upgraded range of resuscitation manikins to those using the latest QCPR technology; this allows the learner and the trainer to gain real-time feedback as to the effectiveness of the treatment being demonstrated and ensuring that the best possible learning experience is being achieved.
We also believe that training should complement business operations and not hinder them which is why we offer the most flexible service possible - Working at times that suit you and your workforce. Delivering at weekends, evenings & even overnight should it be required, we do not levy a surcharge on out of hours training as for us there is no such thing!
