Carnets issued to the above destinations from 1 June 2026 are accessed via the Digital Carnet App on your mobile device or desktop.

All carnets issued BEFORE 1 June 2026 and carnets issued from 1 June 2026 to other destinations remain in paper format. If you have a mixture of paper and digital destinations, you will be issued with both a digital and paper carnet.

Top Tips

- Digital and paper carnets should be signed by the same carnet holder, who also signs any Letters of Authorisation for carnet users not named on the carnet itself.

- Letters of Authorisation remain on company letterhead (paper format).

- Prepare your digital Travels in advance.

- When Customs scan your Travel, check that the QR code changes to "Consumed" on your App before leaving.
