Hull & East Yorkshire LSIP Forum

The Hull and East Yorkshire Local Skills Improvement Plan (HEY LSIP) team is delighted to announce that the next Forum will take place on Monday 16th November at Elevate, Hull College, Wilberforce Drive, Hull. HU1 3DG.

We are thrilled that our friends and colleagues at Hull College have offered to host the event.

The Forum will run from 9.30am, for a 10:00am start, until 1:00pm followed by lunch.

This will be our first Forum following the publication of our LSIP 2.0, and it is important we bring together our incredibly supportive stakeholders from the employer, educator and industry community to hear about (and be part of) our themes and plans.

Presentations on the day will cover a number of informative topics including;

• A general update on LSIP 2.0
• A presentation from Hull College with a particular focus on their exciting “Greenwave” training centre
• The amazing opportunities that can be achieved through Shared Apprenticeships within our area
• An overview of the Connect to Work programme, understanding its targets and ambitions
• Cross Humber activities, and our plans for the future

Our forums are well attended and we will be limited to numbers at the College facility, so please endeavour to register a maximum of two delegates from your organisation. Please also note there is no parking available on site for this event. We therefore encourage you to use public transport or park in the nearby public car parks.
