New residential property lead joins the growing Ancora Law firm

New residential property lead joins the growing Ancora Law firm

Ainsley Sykes joins the firm as Associate Legal Executive

ANCORA LAW is a Commercial and Residential Property firm based in Hull.

Focused on high quality customer service and innovation, the firm developed out of a need to shake up the industry and put clients at the heart of legal services.

After turning one year old in January this year, the firm believes this recruit comes at a time when continued growth is paramount to their success as their client base expands.

Ainsley Sykes joins the firm as Associate Legal Executive (ACILEX) and will be running a caseload of both commercial and residential matters. He will be based alongside the team in their new office space at C4DI in the Hull Marina area, which is arguably one of the most desirable working locations in Hull.

Moving on from his previous role, Ainsley is looking forward to this new challenge. He said:

“I really believe in Matthew’s vision for Ancora Law, it’s about making law easy with the use of modern technology for both lawyer and client alike. It’s a real breath of fresh air for the industry and it’s exciting to be able to be a part of such a movement.”

Ainsley is a qualified Associate Legal Executive and previously worked for 5 years at another local firm, working his way through the ranks to the position of Senior Conveyancer. His role was centered upon catering to the needs of various clients, from first time buyers, to investors and developers. As a Supervisor, he also worked closely with other fee earners and the Directors to ensure smooth running of the business, alongside his caseload of technical residential conveyancing matters.

He added: “In my previous role, I have always been adaptable to change and I think it’s important to be vocal when you spot recurrent issues. It’s all about providing solutions that would foster the development of business and, in turn, support your clients in receiving a reputable level of service.”

The Ancora Law team believe that recruiting Ainsley will help them branch out with their service offering. With Ainsley’s skills in acting for both buyers, sellers and developers on new build and leasehold properties, he brings something new to the table.

Matthew Hudson, Founder of Ancora Law, said:

“Ainsley is a hardworking and dedicated lawyer. His values as a working professional truly align with what we are trying to achieve here at Ancora Law. He understands the need for change in the industry and knows how to build strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues, which will aid him well when it comes to matching the high standards of customer service we provide.”

Ainsley joins the firm in the first week of May.
