The Hull & Humber Chamber of Commerce is authorised to issue UK EUR1 certificates on behalf of HM Revenue and Customs.

Applications can be made by post, in person or electronically.

UK EUR1
UK EUR1 is a movement certificate that enables importers in certain non-EU countries to import goods under ‘preference’, which means that your customer pays a lower or nil rate of import duty on your goods. You must make a declaration on the form that your goods satisfy the rules of origin as detailed in the individual Trade Agreements. These rules also apply to goods being imported into the UK under preference.
