Wilkin Chapman Rollits named among UK's most recommended law firms

IN annual research by the legal services benchmarking platform Legal 500, the firm secured second place in the rankings for both Yorkshire and the East Midlands, based entirely on feedback from clients.
Each year, Legal 500 gathers feedback from law firm clients across the country to determine which firms are most recommended in each UK region.
The research assesses how likely clients are to recommend their law firm to others using Net Promoter Score (NPS), a widely used metric that measures client satisfaction and allows firms to be benchmarked against their peers.
The scores are based on responses to a single question posed to clients included in the research: "On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend this firm?" Responses are then used to calculate an NPS for each firm.
Chris Grocock, senior partner at Wilkin Chapman Rollits, said: "Achieving second place in both Yorkshire and the East Midlands is a fantastic result and a testament to the expertise, commitment and client-focused approach shown by our teams every day.
"To be recognised through direct client feedback is particularly meaningful. Building strong, long-term relationships with our clients is at the heart of what we do, and this ranking reflects the trust they place in us.”
Wilkin Chapman Rollits has more than 520 staff and partners across its offices in Grimsby, Lincoln, Louth, Hull, York and Beverley.
The result places the firm ahead of many other well-known law firms across Yorkshire and the East Midlands.
In Yorkshire, Wilkin Chapman Rollits was ranked second only to Leeds-based Blacks Solicitors, while in the East Midlands it secured second place behind Derby-based Smith Partnership.
The Yorkshire rankings were based on more than 9,000 client responses, while the East Midlands rankings drew on nearly 5,000 responses.
Amy Ulliott, UK Editor at Legal 500, said: "In a highly competitive legal market, there is no stronger endorsement than a client's willingness to recommend their law firm.
“Client feedback sits at the heart of Legal 500's research, and this analysis provides a unique insight into the firms earning the highest levels of trust and advocacy from the people they serve.
“Beyond the rankings, this data helps firms better understand market perception, benchmark performance and identify opportunities for growth."
