Quickline Communications appoints new Chief Commercial Officer to drive next phase of growth

Becki Smith, the new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Quickline Communications

IN her new role, Becki will lead sales, marketing and customer success teams, shaping and delivering Quickline’s commercial strategy as the rural broadband provider continues its mission to bring fast, reliable connectivity to communities across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

With a wealth of experience driving digital transformation and customer growth, Becki has held senior leadership positions at major UK brands including Three, TalkTalk and N Brown Group. Her career spans both start-up and large-scale environments, from scaling Boohoo’s international eCommerce operations to leading integration and growth strategies for multimillion and multibillion-pound organisations.

Commenting on her appointment, Becki said: “Quickline has an incredible opportunity to make a real difference to customers and communities, not only by providing brilliant broadband but by connecting people to what matters most.

“I’m excited to join the team and build on the strong foundations already in place to accelerate growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.”

Mark added: “Becki’s appointment marks an important milestone in Quickline’s next phase of growth.

“She brings outstanding commercial acumen, proven leadership and a deep understanding of customer-focused transformation.

“Her experience will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our brand, attract more customers, and expand our reach across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.”

Becki joins Quickline at a pivotal time as the business continues to invest in its full fibre network rollout, delivering fast and reliable broadband to thousands more homes and businesses across rural and hard-to-reach communities.
