Oceanblue secures job to ship umbilical cabling

GRIMSBY-BASED freight forwarder Oceanblue Logistics Ltd recently carried out a large shipment of umbilical cabling on reels for a UK manufacturer.

The shipment comprised of nine reels heading over to the UAE. The UK shipper had no means of securing the reels to the flat racks so Oceanblue stepped in by offering to collect via low loader trailer and then lashing and securing the shipments to 40ft flat racks as shown in the photograph.

The shipment was collected, packed and shipped on time and arrived as planned in UAE.
