Koku-Ryu Martial Arts (KRMA) Brigg – An inspiring success story from our North Lincolnshire community

Students at a Team England training session.
KOKU-RYU Martial Arts (KRMA) Brigg was recently successful at the WMAC English Championships and several of their athletes - ranging from their youngest 4-year-old qualifiers to their young adults - have officially qualified to represent Team England at the WMAC World Games in Bregenz, Austria, this September.
Kate Hardcastle, Koku-Ryu Martial Arts (KRMA) Brigg, commented:
“As we were recently named the "Best Martial Arts Centre in Brigg" for 2024, we are incredibly proud to see our students representing our region on the world stage. However, the costs of international competition - including official Team England kits, travel, and tournament fees - are significant.
“We are seeking to raise £10,000+ to ensure that every qualified student can attend this incredible event, regardless of their financial background.”
