Hull’s Menopause Event Returns to Princes Quay for Fifth Year

Thanks to our fabulous partnership with MP Emma Hardy and her wonderful team, this event has grown from strength to strength and continues to bring hundreds of women together each year.
For five years, Menopaus’ull has been bringing women together across Hull and East Yorkshire, creating safe spaces to talk openly about menopause, share experiences, access support, learn from experts and most importantly, know that you’re not alone.
For 2026 we have lots of exiting exhibitors joining us, with a varied mix of health, wellbeing, fitness, coaching, aesthetics, community support and lifestyle.
We are pleased to also have with us the fabulous team from Over the Bloody Moon, who will be showcasing their MenoVests to anyone who would like to experience what it feels like to have a hot flush and symptoms these bring with it. Bring your friends, partners, colleagues to come along and experience wearing a MenoVest. The team will also be discussing on stage their story behind the Meno Vest!
Other talks and demonstrations include:
The fabulous team from Matthew's hub will also be talking about menopause and neurodivergent women.
We still have FREE spaces for additional exhibitors, so if your organisation offers services that support women in Hull and the East Riding through menopause, we’d love to hear from you.
