Enrol on the Final Creative Growth’s Cohort 7 in January
The time has now come to now register for the last opportunity to take part in Creative Growth’s Cohort 7 which commences on Tuesday 13th January 2026 at Hull University Business School. This fully funded programme will not only provide you with expert tailored support to become more “investment ready” but also provides support to identify new business growth opportunities, including new customers and markets, product development and innovation, the value of intellectual property protection, and ways to access to contracts, grant funding and networking opportunities.
Join us to turn your ambitions into reality!
So far, over seventy creative business leaders in Hull & East Yorkshire have identified ways to achieve their future ambitions, gained the skills needed when pitching proposals, and benefited from the expert support available through Creative Growth.
Specifically tailored for local business leaders and key staff, this programme understands that businesses often have to manage conflicting business commitments and daily operational pressures, whilst at the same time managing the process of business growth. By using the advice, resources and learnings provided via the programme, and by sharing your own business experiences with other business leaders via peer learning, local creative businesses are supported to reexamine how they can develop their capacity and confidence to grow. Participating businesses are also invited to regular exclusive ‘alumni’ events including socials, networking, guest speakers and industry insight events.
To be eligible to take part businesses need to:
- Be recognised in a creative industry, with a trading address in Hull & East Yorkshire
- Have been profit making for at least 1 year
- Employ at least 1 FTE people (either directly or as freelancers), with a commitment to create at least a further 1 FTE job within 12 months
- Able to demonstrate high-growth potential with ambitions to scale up the business
OR
- Has recently received business support from a regional business support agency such as the Growth Hub, local authority, or University ‘Help to Grow’ programme, with the support provider able to confirm/validate business’s growth ambition and potential, including a probable need to access external investment (of any form) within 12-18 months at point of registration.
