East Yorkshire leadership development specialists launch Twydale Creative Learning to support regional businesses

Jonathan Stokes and Rebecca Jenkins have introduced Twydale Creative Learning, bringing together more than 20 years of experience designing and delivering leadership, coaching and experiential learning programmes for organisations across the UK and internationally.

Although their work has taken them around the world, both have been based in East Yorkshire for many years. Over the past two decades, they have partnered with many of the UK’s leading learning and development providers, designing and delivering programmes for major organisations across sectors including infrastructure, transport, manufacturing and professional services.

“In many cases, organisations book programmes through large providers, but the people designing and delivering the work are independent specialists,” said Jonathan Stokes. “Rebecca and I realised that many organisations we support are already working directly with us in practice. Twydale Creative Learning simply allows us to build those relationships more directly.”

Working directly with businesses allows organisations to collaborate with the people who design and deliver the programmes themselves, while avoiding an additional layer of intermediary cost.

The pair say the new brand reflects their long-term commitment to the region while continuing to work nationally and internationally.

“We’re proud to be based in East Yorkshire,” said Rebecca Jenkins. “There is a huge amount of innovation and ambition across the Humber region, and we’re looking forward to working more closely with local organisations as they develop their leaders and teams.”
