Creative Connections Art Exhibition & drop in art/creative activities Princes Quay (ground floor foyer and event space) 11am-3pm

Mindful colouring will be available which is open to all ages and teaches us to be in the moment and enjoy the process. Rebecca Harbottle Art will be attending with her unique colouring designs.
WHAT you can try & enjoy
There’ll be a mix of interactive art activities, hosted by local artists and instructors designed to be relaxing, inclusive, and fun, No art experience needed.
- Mindful colouring (open to all ages) - a calm, meditative way to be present in the moment.
- Doodle art workshop - free-form, expressive, and stress-free. Contribute to a Hull Fair themed art piece created on the day
- Kintsugi (Japanese art of repairing ceramics with gold) - a beautiful metaphor for healing, hosted by our Recovery College team
- Artwork from our mental health inpatient units and community contributors will also be on display.
