A well-known figure in the region's corporate finance community, Martin's appointment follows a record year for the firm and underlines its continued expansion.

With several years' corporate experience, including undertaking cross-border transactions and group reorganisations, Martin has acted for numerous companies, businesses and their owners on a range of corporate structure and transactional matters, particularly for clients operating in the hotel & leisure and IT sectors. He joins the firm at a busy time, with the corporate team having recently completed several high-profile deals.
