WT@1 - Incoterms 2020 Update - FULLY BOOKED
The ICC Incoterms 2020 rules will come into effect on 1st January 2020.
Incoterms rules define the responsibilities of buyers and sellers for the delivery of goods under sales contracts. They were first developed in 1936 in an attempt to simplify communicational shortfalls involved with international trade and they are updated every 10 years.
WT@1 together with international trade and shipping law specialist, Dominic Ward of Andrew Jackson Solicitors, will be providing an update on the revised Incoterms, the implications for those involved in international trade and how the latest revisions may affect your business.
We will also have short presentations on:
- WTO rules - what they are and what they mean for UK businesses trading overseas post-Brexit, and
- Mitigating the risks of buying from overseas
Places for this event are limited and will be allocated on a first-some-first served basis. If you would like to make sure that you are fully prepared for the Incoterms 2020 changes and what they mean for your business, please click below to book your place.
