Shipping Committee

The Shipping Committee has a long and distinguished history promoting the interests and views of the Hull area's shipping industry.

The committee is chaired by Captain Russ Garbutt of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, and is made up of Chamber members in the industry. Amongst the key issues tackled by the committee include the enhancement of the A63 route to the port of Hull and the future direction of shipping policy in the UK.
