Chamber Expo 2009

02/06/2009 - 03/06/2009

Venue: Kingston Communications Stadium, Hull

Humber region’s largest annual business event, Chamber Expo 2009, is back for its thirteenth consecutive year providing a great opportunity to network with other businesses. Chamber Expo 2009 is a showcase and meeting place for businesses of every size and type, for both members and non-members of the Hull and Humber Chamber of Commerce.

The two-day event will take place at the Kingston Communications Stadium on Tuesday 2nd June from 12.00noon until 6pm and on Wednesday 3rd June between 9.00am and 5.00pm.

This year, the Expo is again part of The Business Week 2009 and will see 104 exhibition stands as well as a convention programme of speaking events. This is your opportunity to promote your products and services to a captive audience of over 2000 local business people and others far and wide.

There are still stands and sponsorship opportunities available. For further information please see the attached and to book a stand please contact Bruce Massie, Hannah Crookes or Janice Harrison on 01482 324976 or email Bruce Massie, Janice Harrison or Hannah Crookes.

Chamber Expo consists of two main parts:

  1. The Exhibition part of the event consists of 104 Stands taking up the whole of the ground floor Kingston Suite and the first floor Circle Suite in the West Stand of the KC Stadium. These will be taken by around 100 different companies. Around 400 staff will attend from these exhibitors over the two days, plus hundreds of business visitors.
  2. The Convention is made up of separate speaking events over the two days, covering a variety of topics from legislation to training, from marketing to advice on how to grow your business. Last year’s convention proved to be as successful as ever with alternative talks from Hull City AFC on the business of football and the Mark Hill Salon on how it all started. The Convention takes place in the ground floor Wilberforce and Raich Carter Suites, which are adjacent to the Kingston Suite. These will each cover different regional business-related issues and attract several hundred different people in total. The Convention will also provide excellent networking opportunities. If you are interested in holding a seminar in the convention please contact Bruce Massie on 01482 324976.
