How will the Budget impact your business?
Following the Budget announcement by Chancellor George Osborne this week, Streets in association with Hull & Humber Chamber of Commerce held its Budget Breakfast last week.
The presentation included a review of the announcements made by the Chancellor and provided individuals and businesses with guidance on the impact it may have and action that may need to be taken. In addition, topical advice and tips around tax and financial planning for the financial year 2012/13 were given. Budget highlights included 50p tax rate cut from 2013; Corporation tax cut doubled; further rises in income tax threshold; age-related allowances to be frozen; and new 7% Stamp Duty Land Tax.
